BPI Color to Present at SuperCon ‘22 Event

Milwaukee, WI – BPI Color announced today that they have been chosen to present a critical session on How 3D Scanning & Visual Data are Bringing Forensic Truth to Design and Construction at the SuperCon ‘22 event. SuperCon ’22, is the largest event sponsored by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin for its more than 900 members. It will be held February 9 – 10, 2022 at the Glacier Canon Conference Center located in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

The session entitled, How 3D Scanning & Visual Data are Bringing Forensic Truth to Design and Construction, to be presented at 3 p.m. will discuss how technology can improve the design, build, as-built, and closeout processes in construction and why a new standard for As-Built Documentation will be a 3d scan at project completion referred to as VizBuilts.

BPI’s Information Technology Manager, Brian Schuett an industry veteran with more than 17 years of experience with construction technology solutions will present on behalf of BPI Color. BPI Color, has served the document, equipment and display graphics needs of the A/E/C market for more than six decades and has offices located in Milwaukee, Madison and Menomonee Falls, WI.

David Cramer, a senior member of NAPco’s Forensic Building Information team will co-present. NAPco is a leader in as-built validation, LiDAR, Ground Penetrating Radar, Photogrammetry and all types of construction documentation technologies. NAPco is a recognized leader in verifying as-built conditions for projects in the Government, Healthcare, Transportation Pharmaceutical, Entertainment, Education and Historical sectors.

BPI Color President, Steve Mueller, said of his company’s session, “Too often, As-Built Documentation has either missing or incomplete data of the building structure. These omissions or inaccuracies lead to time delays, change orders, or even lawsuits. Later these same issues prolong the closeout of projects leading to further delays and lost profit. We are excited to bring a new approach to the market that can positively impact the profitability of our customer’s properties and projects.”
